Mapquest: New York State Center of Excellence In Bioinformatics & Life Sciences

From the West:

Take the I-90 East (New York State Thruway) to exit 53: I-190 North towards Downtown Buffalo/Niagara Falls. Go through the Toll Barriers and continue on I-190 North for 5 miles. Take the Elm Street exit and proceed straight down Elm. The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will be straight ahead. Elm ends at Goodell Street. Turn left on to Goodell Street. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Center of Excellence is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets.

From the East:
Take the I-90 West (New York State Thruway) past the Williamsville Toll Barriers. Stay on the I-90 West and shortly thereafter take exit 51W (Route 33 West towards Buffalo). Continue on Route 33 West (Kensington Expressway) for 7 miles. Note the sign for the "Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus" and exit at the Locust Street exit, proceeding straight. The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will be on your right. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Center of Excellence is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets.

From the Buffalo Niagara Airport:
Exit the airport following the signs leading to Route 33 West towards Buffalo. Route 33 (Kensington Expressway) begins at the West Gate of the Buffalo Niagara Airport. Take Route 33 West (Kensington Expressway) for 8 miles. Note the sign for the "Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus" and exit at the Locust Street exit, proceeding straight. The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will be on your right. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Center of Excellence is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets.

From Route 33 West (Kensington Expressway)
Exit at the Locust Street exit, proceeding straight. The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will be on your right. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Center of Excellence is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets.

From I-190 North/I-190 South
Exit at the Elm Street exit and proceed straight down Elm. The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will be straight ahead. Elm ends at Goodell Street. Turn left onto Goodell Street. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Center of Excellence is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets.

From the Skyway
Take the first exit to I-190 South and exit immediately at Elm Street. Proceed to Goodell Street. The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus will be straight ahead. Elm ends at Goodell. Turn left on to Goodell Street. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Center of Excellence is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets.

Public Transportation
Metro Rail and Metro Bus Service provided by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority can be accessed from the campus. For Metro Rail service, use the Allen/Hospital Station at Main and Allen streets. Go one half block on Main Street to Carlton Street and turn left onto Carlton.Use Metro Bus routes along Main Street. Parking at the Medical Campus

Public parking is available - both on-street and off-street - throughout the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Below is a summary of current fee-based parking options. Also, there is a limited amount of free two-hour parking right in front of the Center of Excellence on Virginia Street between Ellicott and Michigan Streets and on Washington Street between Carlton and Virginia Streets.
